We welcome comments and inquiries from municipal officials, citizens, journalists and academics on our TownStats prototype, including suggestions for additional categories of data or changes in the categories we use. We also welcome inquiries from municipal officials and accountants about how we arrived at our numbers; virtually every budget required at least one judgment call on where a particular line item belonged.
